Reconnect, rediscovery and reclaim You. 11.30am-3.30pm at the enchanted Yurt in the City Cardiff
It was so lovely to escape life, in the cocoon of the Yurt, and have some well deserved self care. Reconnecting to my physical body was so needed, and being able to be myself around other wonderful people, and share our energies, was truly uplifting.
Lynsey is welcoming, knowledgable and understanding, and an excellent practitioner 💜💜

I had a beautiful experience at Lynseys body wisdom retreat on Sunday. The retreat enabled me to relax in a safe space. I also enjoyed learning some massage techniques and meeting new people. I look forward to booking a 1:1 with Lynsey and would love to come to another retreat 💚
